I could not have asked for a better realtor than Joe to help me find a home here in Maryland!

Due to my circumstances, I needed to see a lot of potential condos within a small amount of time. Across only two days (on two different weekends) Joe was able to show me 15-20 different places. He absolutely worked his butt off to help me out and I am incredibly grateful. I was able to find a wonderful condo at a great price. Additionally, since this was my first time buying property, Joe went out of his way to help me understand the myriad procedures and paperwork involved. "Joe and his team were amazing. Joe was so patient with my husband and I as we tried to process each house we fell in love with. At each showing Joe would spend ample time telling us what we could do to improve the house and what to expect financially for it. This helped us make decisions. With our offers on the houses he was very thorough explaining the process and answered all our questions. Once we had a contract he had our back completely. He made the settlement coming quickly and pretty much stress free! I would recommend Joe and his team to anyone looking to sell or buy. If we choose to sell or buy another house we will be calling him up."
